We perform custom high-end fabrication and forging using a variety of materials. we specialize in the manufacturing of railings, doors, gates, furniture, lighting, and fixtures. Our process ensures the highest quality and attention to details.

Hot Roll Steel

Hot rolled steel is rolled at the factory at over 1700 degrees Fahrenheit. Hot rolled products often will have a scaly finish and more rounded and less precise corners than cold rolled steel will. This is the most common type of steel used for hand forged projects.

Cold Roll Steel

Cold rolled steel is rolled at the factory around room temperature. Cold finished steel bar has a much smoother appearance and has square corners more accurate in dimension and finish then hot rolled products. This material is most commonly used on modern projects.

Aluminum

Aluminum is a relatively soft, durable, lightweight, ductile metal. It is nonmagnetic and Corrosion resistance can be excellent due to a thin surface layer of aluminium oxide that forms when the metal is exposed to air, effectively preventing further oxidation. Most commonly this is used on modern projects, doors, windows, staircases and furniture.

Stainless

Stainless steel Type 304 has good resistance to corrosion by a great number of chemicals. But there are a number of marine applications where 304 and other 300-series types are inadequate. By adding more nickel and 2% molybdenum to 304 stainless, you get type 316, which has the best corrosion resistance among standard stainless steels. It resists pitting and corrosion by most chemicals, and is particularly resistant to salt water corrosion.

Brass

Brass is an alloy made of copper and zinc. It is usually yellow in color without any finish. The material also accepts patina finishing very well and has a wide range of colors to choose from. It is typically used for handrails, furniture and fireplaces.

Bronze

Bronze is an alloy mode of copper and tin. It is usually reddish yellow in color without any finish. The material also accepts patina finishing very well and has a wide range of colors to choose from. It is typically used for handrails, furniture and fireplaces.

Copper

Copper is a very soft malleable metal. The material is high corrosion resistance and is great for exterior or interior projects. Many colors can be archived with paintina finishing. It is typically used for fireplaces, counter tops, wall panels, fountains, planters and other architectural fixtures.

Cor-ten Steel

Weathering steel, best-known as Cor-ten steel, is a group of steel alloys which were developed to obviate the need for painting, and form a stable rust-like appearance if exposed to the weather for several years. The rust acts as a protective barrier from further corrosion. This product is recommended for exterior use only, stairs, furniture, sculptures and planters.
